Off-Ice Training

The off-ice program focuses primarily on core strength training, and plyometrics during in-season competition; however, during the off-season, our athletes begin their off-season training program which consists more of weight training and hypertrophic development.  We also stress flexibility as part of injury prevention and therefore offer a series of Yoga classes and Myofascial release classes led by certified trainers. 

We train out of the new multi-million dollar ARC facility alongside registered trainers who are all certified under the BCRPA.
